Tasman Rd has been an ongoing project continued across two owners. The original build was to update an original 40’s fibro beach cottage and add a well-designed modern extension finished in copper. A pool, pool house and extensive landscaping were added and the property was sold soon after its completion. The Construction Team was contacted by the new owners to add another storey over the kitchen and to include some personal touches.
